- Items will be ordered and embroidered as orders are processed. We cannot guarantee turnaround time, but we can promise we will work as fast as possible to get you your items as soon as possible!
- The sooner you order, the sooner we can get your items to you.
- There is a size chart for each individual item. Please check as the sizing may be different depending on the garment.
- Any errors on our end will be corrected but no refunds can be given.
- All embroidery with the OLM logo, crowns or titled must be ordered through OLM's approved vendor. If there are items you don't see here that you would like embroidered, please contact us.
